We are pleased to announce our second Wellness Series session to our members. Over the coming months, we will offer additional sessions in varied Wellness topics to help you better manage stressors personally and professionally.
The second session in the Series will be hosted by Body & Brain Yoga. This 1 hour class will focus on multiple 1 minute exercises consisting of light stretching for increased flexibility and alignment and mindful strength training. Breathing exercises will also be featured to clear your mind and boost your energy levels.
These 1 Minute tools will be something you can take with you in your daily life to break up the stress of the day to create an opportunity for you to feel better, think better, live better. Please see Zoom link to join:
