Kemper seeks a highly talented professional to join its growing Tax Department. 

More specifically, as a tax executive, the AVP, Tax will direct and oversee reporting and compliance matters and ensure timely, accurate and complete fulfillment of these deliverables. Reporting directly to the SVP, Tax, this role will work closely with tax department teammates, business partners and external parties to create a more scalable function that provides timely and actionable insight regarding tax matters. 

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and be able to lead day-to-day tactical matters.
