It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing ofIrene L. Brajner, a cherished member of the Chicago Tax Club. Among Irene’s many contributions to our club, she served as the Club’s President in 1987 and remained an active and integral presence in the organization throughout herprofessional and retiredlife. Her dedication, leadership, and warm spirit profoundly impacted the Club’smembers and mission.
Career Highlights and Contributions
Irene’s professional accomplishments were numerous. She consistently earned the respect of her colleagues for her integrity and expertise. Despite her busy career, Irene always found time to devote her talents and energy to the Chicago Tax Club.
Continuing Leadership of the Chicago Tax Club
Elected as President of the Chicago Tax Club in 1987, Irene led with vision and compassion. Under her guidance, the Club expanded its reach and strengthened its commitment to professional development among its members.After her term as President,Irene continued to serve as an advisor, mentor, and friend to fellow members. She received the Annual President’s Award in 2022 in recognitionof her outstanding volunteerism, loyalty, and commitment to the club. Her legacy of leadership and dedication will be felt for years to come.
Visitation and Funeral Details
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1st from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 158th St. Funeral Wednesday 9:00 AM from Lawn Funeral Home to St. Alexander Church Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Funeral info 708-429-3200.
A Cherished Legacy
Irene L. Brajner’s exceptional service to the Chicago Tax Club, her professional achievements, and her generosity of spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
